AMC Separate Reporting Activities


The U.S. Army Materiel Command oversees three separate reporting activities. These three activities support AMC's materiel readiness mission through systems analysis, managing chemical materials, and generating logistics business intelligence. Together, these organizations support the backbone of AMC’s materiel readiness mission, helping to synchronize and integrate the collective might of the Army Materiel Enterprise.


Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity

AMSAA

U.S. Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity (AMSAA) provides responsive systems analysis to support the equipping and sustaining of weapons and materiel for our warfighters in the field as well as our Future Army Forces. AMSAA is all about military systems analysis to provide decision making support to aid the soldier. AMSAA has earned its reputation of excellence through years of significant contributions leading to dollars saved, more reliable and effective equipment fielded and risk reduction.


Army Chemical Materials Activity

CMA

U.S. Army Chemical Materials Activity (CMA) is the world leader in programs to store, treat and dispose of chemical weapons safely and effectively. The activity develops and uses technologies to safely store and eliminate chemical weapons at seven stockpile sites while protecting the public, its workers and the environment.







Army Logistics Support Activity

LOGSA

U.S. Army Materiel Command's Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA) provides the ability to pinpoint and diagnose worldwide Army logistical readiness challenges through the use of refined applications, management of big data and information analysis. LOGSA provides Army logisticians the ability to expediently and predictably sustain warfighters worldwide through various readiness enabler programs.
